1. Service provider

2. Description of the service

Fixki Agent provides software tools for AI-assisted organization, communication, task execution and optional integration with third-party communication services. Available functionality may depend on the selected plan, provider availability and account configuration.

3. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for protecting access to your account and connected third-party services.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized use.
• You may not transfer or resell an account without written authorization.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Fixki Agent to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Send spam, deceptive messages, harassment or unlawful automated communications.
• Circumvent security controls or attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious software or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use connected communication services without the permissions, notices or consents required by law.

5. AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important content and decisions before relying on, publishing or sending AI-generated material.

Fixki Agent is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, tax, financial or emergency advice.

6. Third-party services

Google, Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp, email, telephony, artificial-intelligence and payment services are operated by independent providers. Their availability and terms are outside the direct control of Fixki Agent.

7. Fees and limits

Paid services, usage limits and billing conditions are shown before purchase or activation. Usage exceeding applicable limits may be restricted, suspended or require an upgraded plan.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, replaced or discontinued for operational, security, provider or legal reasons.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to address non-payment, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse or material violation of these Terms.

You may request account deletion by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.

10. Liability

Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, Fixki Agent is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service failures or decisions made solely on the basis of unreviewed AI-generated output.

11. Governing law

German law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence.
